A company is looking for a 100% Remote Overnight Contact Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone and chat
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
Document interactions and update customer records accurately

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role
Ability to work overnight shifts
Proficiency in using computer systems and software
Strong organizational skills
