Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to
manage and optimize their Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, user setup, and system configurations for
Salesforce
Collaborate with teams to implement business process
improvements
Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and develop training
materials
Required Qualifications:
Salesforce Administration Certification
5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator,
preferably in a nonprofit or education setting
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the USA
