Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Stars Improvement Professional
to develop and manage processes for the Medicare Stars Improvement
Program in the Northeast Region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to improve Stars performance in
collaboration with providers
Maintain collaborative relationships with various teams, including
Provider Engagement and Clinical Teams
Support team engagement and well-being improvement plans while
promoting a desired culture
Required Qualifications
Experience in provider engagement and education
Strong understanding of CMS Stars and HEDIS performance
measures
Background in quality improvements within the healthcare sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Must reside in New Jersey, New York, or Connecticut
