Job Title: Heavy Equipment OperatorJob DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating excavators and backhoes, as well as a strong understanding of commercial construction environments.ResponsibilitiesOperate excavators and backhoes efficiently and safely.Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.Assist with other construction tasks as needed.Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in excavator and backhoe operation.OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred).Strong understanding of commercial construction practices.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in heavy equipment operation.Familiarity with construction site safety procedures.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Why Work Here?We are a multi-generational company that cherishes our loyal, dependable, and reliable employees.
