Job Description:
Black Rock Coffee House & Kitchen in Fairfield, CT is seeking a
talented Sous Chef to join our team. If you have a passion for

Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and
development Demonstrate exceptional knife skills and food
preparation techniques Maintain high standards of food quality and
presentation Coordinate back of house operations and ensure smooth
kitchen workflow Participate in menu development Handle food safely
and follow sanitation guidelines Manage inventory and ordering to
optimize cost management Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of
experience in a culinary role Knowledge of ServSafe guidelines and
food safety practices Strong cooking skills and ability to work in
a team environment Excellent communication and organizational
skills Passion for creating delicious dishes and providing
exceptional service Willing to learn and develop our breakfast,
