There is an employee health and wellness clinic located in Jersey City that is in need of an experienced Nurse Practitioner. It is a great part-time role, only two days a week! See details below. Details

• Setting: on-site employee health and wellness clinic at a large financial center
  
• Location: Jersey City, NJ
• Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays only; 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch) - days are non-negotiable
• Start: within 2-3 weeks (7/22 or 7/29)
• Job Duties/Patient Cases:
  • Physical exams (normal annual, pap smear experience preferred but not required)
    
  • URIs, acute care visits
  • Manage diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia
  • Low patient volume: 8-12 per day (or less)
    
  • Support Staff: MA that does intake, draws blood, takes vitals; a receptionist; and a PT
  • Patient ages: 18 and upRequired
    
    • Board certified ANCC/AANP - either Family NP or Adult/Gerontology NP
    • 3+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience
    • DEA
    • BLS (hands-on through AHA)
    • Active New Jersey APRN licenseCompensation
