Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions,
you'll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and
disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a
variety of missions.C4ISR is seeking an experienced leader to join
our Tactical Systems Product Line as Director of Strategy and
Planning to lead the development and execution of the business'
strategic initiatives. This individual will work closely with the
Product Line Director as a member of the leadership team to define
long term objectives, assess market opportunities, drive strategic
planning efforts and manage capital investment efforts in alignment
with the organization's vision, capabilities and customer
priorities. This is a high impact role requiring strong analytical
skills, industry insight, tactical systems domain expertise and the
ability to unify cross-functional teams toward a unified strategic
direction. This position reports directly to the Tactical Systems
Product Line Director.Because this role involves a combination of
collaborative/in-person work, it will take the form of a full-time
on-site work format.Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product line strategy
aligned with company goals and market trends
- Drive strategic planning processes including annual and
long-range business planning cycles
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, growth
opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Provide strategic analyses to support decision making by
working cross-functionally to develop competitive intelligence,
risk assessments, and scenario planning
- Collaborate with P&L leads to ensure alignment of tactical
plans with strategic objectives
- Support customer and stakeholder engagement across product line
customer base
- Lead strategic project and initiatives from concept through
execution and manage capital investment planning and budgets.
- Prepare executive level briefings, white papers, and strategy
updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead through inspiration and encouragement and foster a culture
of innovative problem solving, performance excellence, and
continuous improvement to deliver affordable, effective, and
dependable outcomes.
- Serve as a member of the Tactical Systems Leadership Team,
actively partnering with other team members to drive innovative and
consistent strategy across the product line.Required Education,
Experience, & Skills
- 15+ years' work experience with bachelor's degree and/or
equivalent experience in program or technical management and/or
with functional activities related to the program lifecycle,
technology development or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
- Demonstrated experience in building customer and supplier
relationships, leading customer interactions and discussions of a
technical and/or strategic nature.
- Ability to understand customers' needs and objectives with
domain knowledge of Identification Friend or Foe (IFF), Mission
Computing, Optics, and undersea technologies.
- Ability to engage with complex teams that are distributed
across geographic locations in a borderless fashion.
- Financial management expertise and experience executing to
Funding, Sales, Margin, and Collection targets.
- The ability to develop creative solutions to highly complex
problems
- Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate the
portfolio status to the Tactical Systems team and next-level
leadership.

$169630 - $288370Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
