A Day in the Life

• Lead multi-channel client campaigns, meeting expectations, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with Project Management.
• Strategically manage brands through launches, positioning, and campaigns, providing proactive recommendations.
• Foster team growth through mentorship, performance goal-setting, and development planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams, finance, and senior management to drive business objectives and resolve conflicts.
• Identify organic growth opportunities, evaluate cross-functional ideas, and optimize account strengths.
• Utilize agency resources creatively, staying adept in digital, media, social, analytics, and new business pitch processes.
  What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 6+ years of industry experience, preferably in healthcare and pharma advertising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in digital, media, social, and analytics.
  • Proven leadership experience, with strategic thinking, problem-solving, and forward-thinking approach.

      Salary $100,000 to $140,000 Annually The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
