Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional manager for an American Bistro and
bar in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. The ideal candidate
has confidence, grace, and skill to create a memorable experience
for guests. They must be active and willing to support their team,
maintaining a strong front door presence while being visible on the
floor.Responsibilities include restaurant administration, opening
and closing, and educating staff on food and beverage. Staying
up-to-date with New York food and drink trends is a plus.We are an
eclectic and globally influenced restaurant, drawing inspiration
from the seasons and the green market. Our menu is diverse and
reflects the changing seasons.
