About the Role:Aqimero, a renowned dining destination within the Richard Sandoval Hospitality Management family, seeks a skilled Restaurant Manager to contribute to our commitment to exceptional cuisine and innovative beverage experiences.Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Interview, hire, evaluate, reward, and discipline FOH personnel. Orientate, motivate, train, and educate all FOH personnel in restaurant policies, procedures, and rules. Ensure proper coverage based on business volumes for each area of the restaurant during your shifts.
• Service Excellence: Effectively supervise floor staff to ensure professional service and maximize guest satisfaction during operating hours. Educate FOH personnel in product awareness and cultivate long-term service knowledge. Hold line level employees accountable to the systems and standards of the company.
• Operational Duties: Ensure all Restaurant signage is accurate and aligns with the theme. Accurately report payroll and handle the end-of-night closeout and cash drop. Maintain the MICROS database with accurate items and prices. Assist in maintaining employee files. Perform daily tasks as indicated on opening and closing checklists.
• Facility and Maintenance: Take ultimate responsibility for the cleanliness and repair of the restaurant and office. Meetings and Collaboration: Attend and contribute to weekly manager meetings and cost calls when required. Foster open lines of communication between FOH and BOH staff.Qualifications:
  • Must have at least a high school diploma or GED. Previous F&B experience is required, with at least 2 years of Assistant Manager experience or above.
  • Work well under pressure and be self-motivated. Good organizational, time management, and sales skills. Good communication skills-both written and verbal.Benefits:
