Job Description:
Cultivate a culture of Enlightened Hospitality for all
stakeholders, supporting business objectives and growth, with
expert knowledge of beverage and kitchen stations, and by leading
Front of House and Back of House teams.Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a culture of Enlightened Hospitality for all
stakeholders
- Exhibit expert knowledge of beverage and kitchen stations
- Be a champion of Enlightened Hospitality
- Maintain store excellence and cleanliness
- Provide support to FOH&BOH staff
- Remain current and compliant with HR practices and
policies
- Ensure accurate payroll process
- Ensure DOL/Health Department compliance
- Provide feedback and guidance with excellence and hospitality
in mind
- Consistently look for opportunities to build the
teamRequirements:
- 2+ years management experience in a similar environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent expertise in Hospitality or
related field
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- NYC DOHMH Food Protection Certificate holder
- English fluency and Spanish preferredBenefits:
