Director, Integrated Analytics and Market Research - MM Portfolio
position is responsible for leading the integration and execution
of market research and analytics to generate new business insights
and uncover growth opportunities for J&J Multiple Myeloma
brands within the Oncology business unit. This position will serve
as an internal consultant to marketing, sales, and other business
partners: delivering business building recommendations, shaping
decision-making, and driving organizational action. The position
plays a key role in guiding the business in the development and
evaluation of new and existing strategies and tactics and as a
result, shares accountability for business results.\rThis
individual must have outstanding leadership skills, a consistent
track record to lead collaboration across teams, inspire without
authority, and encourage sensible risk-taking. They will have the
tenacity and fortitude to pursue novel solutions and analytics that
address the needs of patients. They will be personally accountable
for making Johnson & Johnson Credo-based decisions and encouraging
