clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Community
Director with Affordable Asset experience to join our team. This
position will provide administrative leadership and support to a
high-rise community in Allentown, PA. When you join PMI, you are

projects.Rent collection.Budget oversight and expense
control.Weekly and monthly reporting.Processing
applications.Customer service.Data entry - Yardi experience
preferred.Prior experience in the multi-family housing
industry.Prior experience in affordable asset management (HUD, Sect
8, elderly preferred).PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not
required.Excellent attention to detail and paperwork
processing.Great customer service and sales skills.Valid PA Drivers
License and reliable transportation.High School
