Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for sales effectiveness and implement
process improvements
Own the tracking of the sales funnel and operational metrics,
providing insights to the business
Oversee commissions planning and sales compensation implementation
across business units
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Accounting, or a
related field
12+ years of overall experience, with 5-7 years in sales
operations
Experience with Salesforce software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
