This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience across a range of business management topics. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all functions within Client Operations, learn about the asset management industry, and contribute to initiatives that support the COO organization. Please Note: This position has been designated as a hybrid-office/home role. Details of your in-office schedule will be finalized with your manager. The Contributions You'll Make:

• Assist in the execution of Client Operations priorities and initiatives.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct research and analysis to support data-related initiatives focused on historical data capture, trend analysis, etc.
• Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
  • Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Passion for understanding and exploring challenges and opportunities from a client experience standpoint (both internal and external).
  • Strong interest in data and continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and BI visualization tools.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
