Service Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a global identity lifecycle management roadmap
aligned with business objectives
Manage the delivery and continuous improvement of identity
lifecycle management services
Lead and mentor a high-performing team while ensuring compliance
with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related
field
10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
5+ years of experience in technology strategy and roadmap
planning
5+ years of experience in leading and developing team members
Experience with compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and
NIST 800-171
