Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Refugee Leadership and Lived
Experience Council Program Director.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and administration of the National
Refugee Leadership and Lived Experience Council program
Build and manage the NRLLEC staff team and relationships with
subrecipients
Coordinate program activities, including recruitment, meetings, and
professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 8+ years of experience with project management and/or
implementing new programs
Commitment to refugee leadership development
Experience in refugee resettlement and/or refugee policies
Master's Degree preferred but not required
Experience working with forcibly displaced people
