Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, MSR Analytics to lead the
development and implementation of analytics solutions for mortgage
servicing rights.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and implement an MSR analytics strategy to support business
objectives
Direct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
for improvement in MSR pricing and borrower retention
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement pricing
strategies and provide insights to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or
Computer Science preferred
10+ years of industry experience required
Advanced knowledge and experience with QRM
Proficiency in SQL, Python, VBA, and reporting tools such as
Tableau or Power BI
Exceptional experience in Microsoft Office (Excel and Access)
required
