If you've got at least 12 months of experience in a collections call center (third-party collections is a bonus), and you're comfortable navigating dialer systems, we'd love to hear from you.

Collections Representative - Marlton, NJ

Job Details:

• Schedule:Monday-Friday
  • Two days: 9:15 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Three days: 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM
  • Location: Marlton, NJ
  • Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle a 40-hour workweek with flexibility for varied schedules.
    • Reach out to consumers with past-due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
    • Maintain empathy and professionalism while securing outstanding balances.
    • Ensure full compliance with debt collection laws and regulations.
    • Adhere to collection scripts and processes for consistent results.
    • Document all activities accurately using our system.
