Sr. Director, B2B Strategy & SolutionsJob Title: Sr. Director, B2B Strategy & SolutionsAbout the jobAs the Senior Director of B2B Solutions, you will lead the commercial health system marketing strategy and execution for all large organized customers in the US Vaccines business unit. You will lead the development of all health system and channel marketing strategies, tactics, and execution, monitor performance, and prepare business updates for senior leadership. You will lead a team of 5+ marketers and work closely with sales, brand marketing, and analytics to ensure strategy execution.Main responsibilities:

  • Develop B2B health system and channel marketing solutions strategy that is forward looking at least two years and see through the execution of strategy.
  • Uncover current and future health system and channel market trends and translate this knowledge into an innovative strategy and customer-facing B2B solutions.
  • Lead marketing and solutions teams with diverse backgrounds and tenure.
  • Act as the liaison with heads of brand and portfolio marketing teams to ensure collaboration and tactical pull-through.
  • Work closely with Account Management leadership to strategize and execute market needs.
  • Work with an agile mindset, addressing ambiguity, establishing networks across stakeholders to drive influence and alignment, and focusing on the strategic accounts experience.
  • Collaborate with the US Vaccines Franchise Leads on strategic priorities, ensuring best practices are continuously shared within and outside of the US Vaccines Commercial Team.
  • Lead the strategy that will translate market trends into relevant market/customer assets and create disruptive solutions.
  • Collaborate with head of Business Operations and Services (analytics, training, market research) to define business priorities and support needed.
  • Lead market research strategy and execution for health systems and channel partners.
  • Lead "brand"/strategy plan for health systems and channel partners and ensure brand imperatives are present throughout.
  • Create an innovation roadmap of strategies and execution tactics aligned to meeting our largest customers' needs.About youBasic qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree required, Advanced Degree Preferred.
    • 10+ years of marketing or related experience.
    • Experience building and leading marketing teams.
    • Experience working with large, organized customers (health systems, medical groups, IDNs, W/Ds, GPOs, etc.).
    • Experience building analytics dashboard to monitor performance and recommend pivots.Preferred qualifications:
      • Experience with health system marketing.
      • Experience building B2B solutions.
      • Experience with vaccines.
      • Experience working with partners such as AMGA, ACHE, and Becker's Healthcare.
